BEST CARDIO EXERCISE FOR ABS AND WAIST?
hey i’m a 14 year old boy who is generally good at sport and active activities, i need to burn some fat off around my lower abdominals and obliques ( side of waist) ..
i’ve heard that fat only burns off when doing cardiovascular exercises when the heart rate is at it’s training point.. therefore i need to work on cardio exercises such as cycling, swimming, running etc.. but i don’t know what one is best/ quickest for getting me a flatter stomach and waist :/ i need a regime i can do about once a day and should only take 60 – 100 minutes of my time and will guarantee a flatter, more toned stomach.
and if anyone could tell me how long it would take to see results.. 3 – 5 weeks would be ideal, but something tells me that’s too ambitious.
if anyone could recommend what cardio i should do to tone up my stomach it would be greatly appreciated.

btw i’m not mega obeast or anything,i used to do alot of sport: i only have a slight 1 – 2 inches of fat around my waist.
