Where is a really good Breast Cancer myspace icon?
ACTUALLY…
I want it to say "My Mom is a Breast Cancer survivor"
She had it in 2000 and has been in remission ever since. Keep her in your prayers. I want the icon NOT to be that glittery and have that "Handwritten" font. I want the text in black and the BC ribbon to.
Can anyone gimme a link?

My sister is diagonosed with Stage 2 breast cancer and went through mastectomy, what is her survival rate?
The cancer did not spread to the lymph nodes or any part of her body. She will go through chemotherapy and radiation. We’re all optimistic she will live a very long life, but the only statistics I’ve seen is that 5 yr survival rate. Is there any data beyond that? Breast cancer survivor responses only please!

I'm doing a breast cancer benefit for the first time ever at my school, How do I get the community involved?
I’m student council president at my school and I want to hold a huge breast cancer benefit in our auditourium. I have ordered keychains, tattoos, ribbons, tableclothes, balloons, and all sort of little things. We’re going to sell pink cookies and cupcakes and have an actual breast cancer survivor speak. How can I get our community involved so that we have a huge turn out?

What can I do to help my mother: A Breast Cancer Survivor?
My mother has been a Breast Cancer Survivor for several years.
Before I was born, she developed breast cancer in her left breast and she had to undergo chemotherapy.
Ten years later…her breast cancer came back, again! (in the same place) I was entirely shocked and heart-broken! I didn’t want my mother to suffer anymore. Generally, she is a VERY healthy person. No smoking, no drugs, etc.
*Why did she develop breast cancer a second time?
*Is there anything I can do to help my mom live her life?
Thank you. Help would be greatly appreciated!
God Bless!

My mom has a large tumor in her right breast, should she get a mastectomy or not? Breast cancer survivors?
The doctor said that the cancer might spread if she has the surgery but my mom is not taking chemo. She does not know if the doctor should cut one or both of her breasts if she does take surgery. If you are a breast cancer survivor with experience, or just you could give some advice please do.

breast cancer survivor – how to live my life with ZEST. i've gone all complacent?
Hi,
I’m a 32 year old breast cancer survivor, diagnosed15 months ago. I had 4 positive lymph nodes. I had a mastectomy with lat dorsi reconstruction & 6 months of chemo & 6 weeks of radiation.
I am now feeling ‘normal’ again, except some operation-site body discomfort.
Of course, I have no idea if I got the cancer early enough. Maybe I’m cured? maybe there’s a few specks floating around that will resurface somewhere in a few years and my life will be cut short?
I’ll never know.
how do i remember to LIVE EACH DAY FULLY?
I remember at diagnosis the immense feeling of mortality and how IMPORTANT it was to live each day with purpose & meaning, but now things seem back to normal, and I’m just back to ‘normal’ living.
I don’t like this. I want an EXTRAORDINARY life, because if my life could be shortened, I don’t want to die regretting things I never did & yet I find it so hard to put that into action by DOING what I really want to do.
Please tell me what works for u. any tips?
