Hi I have been fighting breast cancer since 1993 when I had a lumpectomy since then it came back I had a radical bilateral masectomy in 2004 since then it has spread to my kidney and other areas, I even went through two more lumpectomys because they
still missed some cells. and I have under gone chemo and radiation

Are lung nodules more likely to be malignant in young (late 20's) breast cancer (very recent) survivor cases?

I am 28 and recently finished chemo for stage III Breast Cancer. My recent CT scan showed 2 new nodules. My doctor doesn’t want to do anything for 6 months. This worries me because the cancer I had was very aggressive. I am really scared and need answers. Is there anything out there that says your ratio goes up if you have had cancer in the past? I have never smoked.

Right breast removed 15 years ago. Left breast removed 7 years ago. Lymph nodes were taken out of under arm area. No radiation or chemo. Two of her sisters died from breast cancer. Now she has fluid in the lungs. Being treated by Thorasic doc for lungs and he did biopsy for Oncologist cancer doc. She is scared. She has an oxygen machine at home and must use tanks to go out. Not sure what stage she has. Are there breast cancer support groups for husbands of BC patients? What sort of questions should I ask the doctors as the husband and proxy for my wife? We have racked up over a hundred dollars in copayments on the Rx costs. Can American Cancer Society reimburse? I have the receipts from the drug store.

Does anyone know of support groups for people trying to cure cancer naturally? I have no one to talk to.?

I have breast cancer. I need some support from people who have been successful themselves or who are doing this themselves. I was pressured, kicking and screaming, to do 1 round of chemo, and do not want to do it again. I’ve already made up my mind about what to do, ( diet, exercise, lots of garlic, ginger, detox, pau d’ arco, aloe dehydrated, essiac, +… ) just need to chat and share experience so I’m not alone. No money for anything fancy, so please don’t try to sell me anything. Thanks.

Biopsy tomorrow…already a stage 4 breast cancer survivor?

My mom gets a biopsy on her left breast tomorrow after a mamogram and spot compression found some calcified spots last month. She was diagnosed with breast cancer in 1999, metastatic breast cancer in her lungs in 2005 and found it spread to her hip just last year. She had her lympnodes in her right breast removed back in 1999 along with chemo and radiation, chemo in 2005 (couldn’t do radiation again because it was so close to the breast) and chemo/radiation last year for her hip. She’s been so lucky and stayed so strong throughout all of this, and I know it doens’t look good. What are the chances this biopsy will come back that it’s benign?

breast cancer survivor – how to live my life with ZEST. i've gone all complacent?

        Hi,
I’m a 32 year old breast cancer survivor, diagnosed15 months ago. I had 4 positive lymph nodes. I had a mastectomy with lat dorsi reconstruction & 6 months of chemo & 6 weeks of radiation.

I am now feeling ‘normal’ again, except some operation-site body discomfort.

Of course, I have no idea if I got the cancer early enough. Maybe I’m cured? maybe there’s a few specks floating around that will resurface somewhere in a few years and my life will be cut short?
        I’ll never know.

how do i remember to LIVE EACH DAY FULLY?
I remember at diagnosis the immense feeling of mortality and how IMPORTANT it was to live each day with purpose & meaning, but now things seem back to normal, and I’m just back to ‘normal’ living.
I don’t like this. I want an EXTRAORDINARY life, because if my life could be shortened, I don’t want to die regretting things I never did & yet I find it so hard to put that into action by DOING what I really want to do.
Please tell me what works for u. any tips?

Why Don't People Accept That Cancer is Curable?

I know several people, including my own mother that have been completely cured of cancer through extreme diet makeovers. No chemo, just going all natural in their diets. The AMA refuses to believe this lest they lose their jobs.
