breast cancer- instead of wearing some stupid rubber bracelet-?
when women going through chemotherapy often wear head scarves/"turbans", wouldn’t a more fitting means of support for breast cancer be for women to all wear head bandannas/turbans? shave their heads? donate all of their hair to "locks of love"?

Diet for Patient with Stomach Cancer?
My father who is 44 has been recently diagnosed with stomach cancer. I believe its at stage 3. Anyway, I was trying to find a diet for stomach cancer patients who have just started chemotherapy but I’m not getting to many results. Mostly everything I found had to do with diets for patients who have had surgery (removal of part of the stomach). Does anybody know of any websites or resources which aptly describe a diet for recent stomach cancer patients?
Sparkles, that guide gives diet for patients after surgery.

If you have both breasts removed, is it necessary to eat (or not eat) anything after chemotherapy and surgery? My cousin is coming to stay with me in cuba for a month for her recovery and I need to know what kind of groceries to buy…

My sister is diagonosed with Stage 2 breast cancer and went through mastectomy, what is her survival rate?
The cancer did not spread to the lymph nodes or any part of her body. She will go through chemotherapy and radiation. We’re all optimistic she will live a very long life, but the only statistics I’ve seen is that 5 yr survival rate. Is there any data beyond that? Breast cancer survivor responses only please!

What can I do to help my mother: A Breast Cancer Survivor?
My mother has been a Breast Cancer Survivor for several years.
Before I was born, she developed breast cancer in her left breast and she had to undergo chemotherapy.
Ten years later…her breast cancer came back, again! (in the same place) I was entirely shocked and heart-broken! I didn’t want my mother to suffer anymore. Generally, she is a VERY healthy person. No smoking, no drugs, etc.
*Why did she develop breast cancer a second time?
*Is there anything I can do to help my mom live her life?
Thank you. Help would be greatly appreciated!
God Bless!
